Beginner Rope Basketry

About this experience

This is an entry level rope basket making class for participants with basic sewing skills. This class requires students to provide their own sewing machine. Class fee includes a complete kit of all supplies and materials needed to create a unique fabric wrapped rope trinket basket. All techniques will be demonstrated and participants will follow along with the written instructions and sewing at their own pace. This is a fun class that is sure to inspire participants to make more baskets. A few advanced techniques will be discussed at the end of the class and additional rope will be available for purchase.
